30-day money-back guarantee
Wheelhouse, operated by Brandon Dasan Sitzes, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Pro plan purchases — monthly, yearly, and lifetime. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Wheelhouse purchases. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout.
- Locate the transaction and select the refund option, or
- Contact us directly and we will submit the refund request to Paddle on your behalf.
After the 30-day window
After 30 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy. You may still cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or the Paddle customer portal, which stops future billing.
Cancellations
Cancelling a subscription is separate from a refund. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Refund requests inside the 30-day window are processed immediately and Pro access is revoked on refund.
